Adam Waldman, Founder and President
Adam Waldman is Founder and President of the Endeavor Group. Mr. Waldman oversees all Endeavor activities, and maintains direct involvement with Endeavor clients in structuring partnerships, negotiating transactions, and furthering their interests. Prior to founding Endeavor, Mr. Waldman served as Senior Counselor to Assistant Attorney General Joel Klein at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he oversaw Justice Department investigations of proposed merger transactions in the telecommunications sector and managed all corporate aspects of US v. Microsoft. Prior to his government service, Mr. Waldman practiced law in the Washington, D.C. office of Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering, where he executed domestic and international mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Waldman is a founding board member of Friends of the Global Fight and a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Global Development. He also sits on the boards of several privately held companies including Altor Bioscience, Dyad Pharmaceutical Corporation, Indian River Beverage Company and Katama Investments. Mr. Waldman received his Juris Doctor from the American University Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review.
