Ankita Ritwik, Senior Associate
Ankita Ritwik is a Senior Associate with the Endeavor Group, where she supports a range of client projects in the private and philanthropic sectors, with a focus on biotechnology investments and global health initiatives. Prior to joining Endeavor, Ms. Ritwik worked as a Business Analyst at McKinsey, where she supported engagements ranging from performance transformations, supply chain management and growth strategy development across multiple industries. She was also a member of the core team for the McKinsey Global Public Health Joint Venture, which worked to enhance internal knowledge and create partnerships with the firm's social sector clients. Previously, Ms. Ritwik researched financial instruments and trading methods for Bridgewater Associates and investigated cellular pathways in parasites responsible for various infectious diseases at the Yale School of Medicine and the University of Lisbon, Portugal. She has held various leadership positions with social sector organizations at university and the workplace including FOCUS on New Haven (community service), ReachOut (international development), and GetSet (education). She received a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University. Ms. Ritwik speaks fluent Hindi and English, basic French and Spanish, and can read and write Arabic.
