Ashley Allen, Partner
Ashley Allen is a Partner in the Endeavor Group, where she manages the firm's research and strategic planning operations and provides financial analysis, budgeting and partnership counsel to client projects. Prior to joining Endeavor, Ms. Allen was a principal with Women's Growth Capital Fund, a public/private sector venture fund formed to increase private funding for women-owned businesses. Previously she was a Vice President with Quarterdeck Investment Partners where managed merger and acquisition transactions in the global aerospace and defense sector. She was also a principal in Quarterdeck Equity Partners, an affiliated merchant banking firm. Ms. Allen was a member of Coopers & Lybrand's international finance group, where she facilitated international transactions for U.S. and European clients. She began her career as a Research Analyst with Alex. Brown & Sons (now Deutsche Bank). Ms. Allen graduated with honors from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, and completed a certificate program in International Diplomacy from the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. Ms. Allen received a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies, with distinction, from the University of Colorado.
