Lorrie McHugh-Wytkind, Strategic Communications Partner
Lorrie McHugh-Wytkind provides strategic communications counsel to Endeavor clients. Ms. McHugh-Wytkind is the founder of LMW Strategies, and has held a wide range of senior public affairs positions in the executive and legislative branches, as well as political, labor and private sector organizations. She served as Communications Director for Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton and Deputy Press Secretary for Media Affairs and Operations for President Bill Clinton. In that capacity she was the chief deputy press secretary and directed the White House's regional media operations. Before her White House service, Ms. McHugh-Wytkind was a spokesperson at the U.S. Department of Labor, Press Secretary for the then-U.S. Senate Labor and Human Resources Committee, and a News Media Outreach Specialist at the AFL-CIO. Additionally, she served as HHS Deputy Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs, where she supervised press, speechwriting and FOI offices and served as a spokesperson for the Secretary and was also an Associate Commissioner at the Food and Drug Administration. After leaving the Clinton Administration, she joined the Glover Park Group, a leading media relations/public affairs consulting firm, becoming partner and head of its media relations division. Ms. McHugh-Wytkind received her Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude (with Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Sigma Alpha honors), from Georgetown University.
