Shaina Amaya, Director
Shaina Amaya is a Director with the Endeavor Group where she manages firm operations and develops and supports the operational aspects of client projects. Her responsibilities include project management, organizational development, financial management, recruiting, and managing Endeavor's proprietary intellectual capital. Prior to joining Endeavor, Ms. Amaya worked at Wendt Advertising where her role included agency-wide project management and client account management. At Unitus, a microfinance venture investor, she played a key role in the organization's marketing and communications efforts. Ms. Amaya was responsible for brand development, execution of communication strategies, creation of marketing products and coordinating marketing programs with international partners. She received a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University and studied extensively in Latin America.
